Why Replacing is Better Than Repairing

When a water heater is older than 5 years old, the tank warranty on the water heater has usually expired. When repairing older water heaters the tank life may be short and replacement soon will be needed. We suggest that older water heater are better replaced than repaired. If the water heater is less than 5 years then it is best to repair.
