I’ve been a plumber in Burleson since 1985. If a plumber can’t quickly tell you their license number when you ask, that’s all you need to know.

A 5.0 rating across 12 reviews is less trustworthy than a 4.5 across 100. Look for:

• Specific details — names, neighborhoods, the actual repair described. Generic praise is suspicious.
• A mix of ratings — every business has had a bad day. Sites with only 5-star reviews are usually filtered.
• Owner responses — does the plumber engage with feedback or ignore it?
• Recent reviews — a review from 2018 doesn’t tell you anything about today’s crew.

3. Ask What They Specialize In
