At Dependable Plumbing, we stand behind the work we perform. The coverage below applies to our services and varies by the type of work completed. The warranty term for your job will be stated on your invoice.

Standard 30-Day Workmanship Warranty

Most of our services carry a 30-day workmanship warranty covering the specific work we performed. For example, if we clear a stopped drain and the line is free of tree root intrusion, that drain is warrantied for 30 days.

This warranty covers stoppages or failures caused by our workmanship under normal use. It does not cover problems caused by anything other than normal usage, including but not limited to:

• Grease, oils, or fats poured into the line
• Sanitary napkins, wipes, paper towels, or other non-flushable items
• Foreign objects or any material not recommended for drains
• Tree root intrusion or pre-existing pipe conditions
• Misuse, neglect, or damage occurring after our service

Slab Leak Repair Warranty (1 to 5 Years)

Depending on the scope of the repair, slab leak repairs may carry a warranty of one (1) to five (5) years on the workmanship of the specific repair we performed. The applicable term is one (1) year unless a longer term is stated on your invoice.

Manufacturer-Supplied Products

For any product, fixture, or material we install, our coverage does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty for that product. We do not warranty installed products beyond the terms the manufacturer provides.

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

All warranties described above are subject to the following conditions and limitations:

• Our remedy is repair or re-performance. Our responsibility under any warranty is limited to repairing or re-performing the covered work. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, mold, damage to flooring, walls, cabinetry, or personal property, alternative lodging, or lost time or wages.
• Payment in full is required. Warranty coverage applies only when the invoice for the original work has been paid in full.
• Warranties are non-transferable. Coverage applies to the original customer at the original service address and does not transfer to subsequent owners or occupants if the property is sold or otherwise changes hands.
• We reserve the right to inspect. We may inspect any reported issue before approving and scheduling warranty work, to confirm it falls within the applicable coverage.
• Events outside our control are not covered. Our warranties do not cover damage or failure caused by freezing temperatures, foundation or soil movement, flooding, storms, or other acts of nature, or by work performed or altered by anyone other than Dependable Plumbing.

Requesting Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please submit your request in writing through our contact page before the warranty period expires. Please have your original invoice available. We will evaluate the issue to determine whether it falls within the applicable warranty coverage described above.
