Replaced Corroded Kitchen Faucet and Cleared Toilet Drain in Burleson TX 10.23.26

A longtime customer in Burleson called us to replace a kitchen faucet that had corroded solid to the countertop. The fittings were seized past the point of loosening, so Don cut the old faucet free with a saw, working carefully to protect the granite. That turned a typical one-hour swap into a three-hour job. While on site, we also found a toilet that would not flush, so Don pulled the toilet, ran a drain machine through the line to clear the blockage, and reset it. We have used Dependable Plumbing for years and have ALWAYS had over and above service. This last time was no exception, we called late one evening and they offered to come out then, we put them off until the next day, in less than 2 hours they had completed a laundry list of issues from a washing machine drain that was not draining properly to flushing and repairing our hot water heater.
