The Fix: Rerouting the Line Overhead

Because the damaged section sat inside the beam, we rerouted the hot water line overhead, bypassing the leak entirely. An overhead re-route abandons the failing section under the slab and runs new pipe through the attic and walls to restore flow — no jackhammering the foundation, no repeated repairs on a pipe that’s already failing.
